Hi @almogk ,

Welcome to C2C, and thank you for your question. If you introduce yourself using the C2C template below, the community will know about you.

Actually, could you kindly elaborate on your question?
If you could describe your use case, it would be much easier to answer your query.

Otherwise, if you want to learn how to use Firestore in GCP, go to the following link.

Extra Credit: Example of application development using firestore that would great example for you to know how to work firestore.

I hope my response assists you in resolving your problem. Otherwise, you can ask specific questions.

Hello @almogk and welcome to C2C! It's great to have you with us here! :)

First of all, I would like to encourage you to share your problem in here, if you can, so that we can share the knowledge!

Also: @louisphuynh if I remember correctly you can help with Firestore, am I wrong? Could you assist @almogk with his questions?

Also, @almogk, I am not sure if you've checked out the official Firestore documentation, but in case you haven't, here are a couple of resources just for reference, in case they can be helpful to you:

1) Firestore

2) Building scalable applications with Firestore

3) Create a Firestore database by using a web or mobile client library

4) Create a Firestore database by using a server client library

Please let me know if you're looking for something more specialised.

Last but not least, check out this video from this event we had about a year ago with Michael Pytel (@mpytel), co-founder and CTO at Fulfilld:

Scaling an Enterprise Software: Autoscaling Applications and Databases (full video)

Michael compares Data store options using BigQuery, Firestore, and CloudSQL.

And, finally, I don't know if you're interested in Google Cloud Bigtable - check also "Bringing More Insights to the Table with Cloud Bigtable" out :)

Hope you have a wonderful Sunday!

Hi @almogk

we are trying to connect you with a Firestore expert. But what exactly are you looking at?

How to configure Firestore, how to connect it with Firebase, to found the cost? An Architect, a Data Engineer, a Database Engineer, or a Developer might be a good help for you.
