Hi,In Vertex AI Jupyter Notebook while trying to do online prediction on my Pytorch model deployed on Vertex endpoint for a Text classification use case , I am getting below error - ServiceUnavailable: 503 502:Bad GatewayI have found there seems to be a limit on the text character and it’s capped to 2500 characters. Please correct me if I am wrong in this. While I am getting output for Input length less than 2500 characters, but for any input more than that I am getting the above error. Please help.
My Vertex AI Jupyter Lab API status is showing Unhealthy and I am unable to open my Jupyter Lab. Please help how to fix this issue and work on my Jupyter Lab notebook.
Hi,I am working on Document AI solution where I extracts the texts from a group of pdf documents to document AI processors and upload some of the extracted informations to BigQuery, Basically, I have two python scripts, very long codes, in vertex ai benchmark jupyter notebook environment. Now I want to build a pipeline to automate the sequence of execution of these two python script. I have been searching the possible way to run a jupyter notebook from Vertex Pipeline which is basically Kubeflow without success. I know that I can execute python functions from vertex pipeline but what I need is to run the whole python script from vertex benchmark jupyter notebook. Any help will be very much appreciated.Regrads
Just read this blog post on an event C2C ran earlier this month - some great insights! My Clients often ask how we can support with their own cultural transformation -this shares some great ideas and ‘how tos’.Wondered what our Connect Leaders community views were on topics/ sessions like this and whether they are viewed as a valuable engagement?
In this annual report, the InfoQ editors discuss the current state of AI, ML, and data engineering and what emerging trends software engineers, architects, or data scientists should watch. The editors curate their discussions into a technology adoption curve with supporting commentary to help us understand how things are evolving. The image below shows the adoption categories:AI, ML, and Data Engineering InfoQ adoption curve - August 2022 If you would like to dig deeper into any of these trends, then I recommend bookmarking this page: https://www.infoq.com/articles/ai-ml-data-engineering-trends-2022/.

Hi Everyone,My startup has recently joined Google Cloud for Startup Program and has been approved with credits.I noticed in our most recent invoices, that a payment has been made without deducting the credits, and therefore contact the Billing at Google Cloud.I have been advised that the credit is allocated for Cloud usage, not for Maps API.My question is that: does anyone know who to contact in Google to discuss and request the Maps API credits for startup?
I am working along with my team on GCP migration of on prem workloads. Below are the details:We have our 2 calculation workloads(large and small) deployed on GKE within GCP. These workloads will simultaneously listen to a single queue(IBM MQ) on-prem.There is a threshold parameter within message which distinguish between large message and small message. Once the message is identified as large/small it will appropriately be re-directed to respective calc component. Now we want to device an autoscaling of GKE calc components so that resource utilization is optimized. Can anyone help us in setting up this custom metric/external metric for autoscaling?

I am currently evaluating different Google Cloud products in trying to set up an API for developers to use in a mobile app. How should I evaluate thinking between:A single Cloud Function using Express.js to create multiple routes in an API (accessed via API Gateway), vs. A single Cloud Function per API endpoint (accessed via API Gateway)
Run your AI/ML, video transcoding, and other GPU workloads on Google's fully managed Kubernetes platform! NVIDIA T4 and A100 GPUs are now available on GKE Autopilot. The great thing about running GPU workloads on Autopilot is that all you need to do is specify your GPU requirements in your Pod configuration, and Google Cloud take care of the rest. No need to install drivers separately, or worry about non-GPU pods running on your valuable GPU nodes, because Autopilot takes care of GPU configuration and Pod placement automatically. GitOps takes DevOps best practices used for application development (such as version control and CI/CD) and applies them to infrastructure automation. In GitOps, the Git repository serves as the source of truth and the CD pipeline is responsible for building, testing, and deploying the application code and the underlying infrastructure. Mete Atamel, Developer Advocate at Google cloud, in his new blog talk about how to set up a Git-driven development, testing, and deployment pipeline for Workflows using Cloud Build.Click in the link below to read it more detail:https://cloud.google.com/blog/topics/developers-practitioners/gitsops-service-orchestration
