I wish there was an instant support service where one could talk to a general dev person who knows Google hosting, maybe by the minute or by 15 minute intervals or similar.
Maybe pre paid by PayPal or something.
Minimum signup.
No credit card etc etc etc.
Some very very easy, supereasy support service.  I am sure there would be demand for this.

Who will take me up on this, say USD 10 to chat with me for 15 minutes on Facebook messenger?

Right now I need advice on:
Why are all my wordpress sites down?
Why do they sometimes come up again by themselves.
How do I restart my webserver, the way we used to do it.

I am lost here, I have had my Wordpress CPANEL websites running for 2-3 years just fine. But I do not know if what I have is a Workspace?? or a Google Cloud?? (I thought I had Google Cloud, but who knows).

And why do I have to get a Cloud Identity before I can get any support at all, strange?? Because getting a Cloud Identity is not straightforward. This baffles me. As I se I need to “move” my projects before I can get the Cloud Identity to get the support, what this “move” entails I do not understand.
I think all this is quite incredible, that it is so difficult.

Trying to sign up for the Cloud Identity, I need to make some DNS addition, but is seems my domain is run by external DNS services and I dont know where they are. So it stops there.
Its just one thing after another.

So by now I am like 5-6 steps away from the problem I am trying to figure out.

Why cant I just please please please just pay to get someone to help me from support. They dont need to have any access or anything, just help me step by step. I am lost. (I think I am quite experienced, but this is so cumbersome I get lost.)

Is it possible to just restart the server? Like we did in the old days, that was usually a fix all solution to everything. But I am unable to find where to just restart the server now.

I have Cpanel WHM.
I have like 20 Wordpress sites running.
Some sites:
farmann . no
sitesads . com
lysglimt . com (this is not run on Wordpress just a simple txt file)
lysglimt . no

All these sites worked just fine for 2-3 years, then about 5 months ago they went half and half on and off (it looked like some database error), for no reason I understood. I was able to upgrade my server, and that forced a restart of the server and then the sites came up again, but went down after 5-6 days.



I also have on other instances (done by developer, run separately on the same account):
Numbercom.com
Nebla.com
They seem to work fine still.

Any advice is much appreciated.
