Hi , I’m Andrew with Gracetnc Solutions, 

 

We are an AI automation company working on healthcare, finance and education system. Our goal is to provide an innovation platform to mankind and make their lives easier and productive. 

We were using startup program with google hosting and domain, our domain name is : gracetnsols

our website : www.gracetnsols.com, our website was working really great till Aug 9th 2023, after Aug 9th 2023,our website got deleted and not up and running. 

Would someone help to fix this bug for us.

Hello @Andrew_gracetnc 

Please give us more information so we can try to help you. 

  • How is your website hosted? Using a VM, using some sort of service? 
  • Have you checked if the server where your website is hosted is on or even running? 
  • Have you checked if the services are running?
  • Have you checked your DNS to make sure it is pointing to the correct IP address?

It could be so many things. My bet is something related to DNS.

DNS is working fine., 

I have purchased domain from google and i’m hosting my website only in google domain . 

couple of days back , I noticed my GCP (Google Console Processor) has sent a notice of payment which was not something which I had to make as i never knew about, so I degraded my projects in google console under my company , from that day I noticed that my website has got vanished. 

 

Also i’ve made the payment which was popping up, need my wesite up and running, it very important for our organization.

I still don't understand where are you hosting your website.

Are you sure DNS is working fine? Have you tried to access it from the IP address? This will eliminate the DNS.

I tried to run a simple nslookup on your domain and the two DNS servers I have used could not find your domain.
