I am having an issue which I don’t know how to get resolved.
I have tried to find and contact support but I only see an automated chat support which doesn’t help to resolve this issue.
I had created a new trial account and got $300 + $100 credits.
I also purchased the Cloud Innovators Plus subscription and I got $500 credits.
To activate those $500 credits I had to upgrade my trial account, which I did so.
However, what ever resource I create, the trial credits are NOT being consumed.
You can see details in screenshot below.
There should be a rule to consume the credits which are expiring soon, first.
Please let me know if there is any way to fix this issue.
