Hi!We are trying to create training job in Vertex.AI and we need to connect with resources in our shared VPC. Project in which we are creating this job is service project. We have VPC with private services access configured already. (as described in https://cloud.google.com/vertex-ai/docs/general/vpc-peering)When we are trying to create a job and use this host network, we get a very generic error message:Unable to start training due to the following error: Internal error encountered.Everything seems alright and peering connection with private services is in active state.Does anyone maybe have an idea where can we look for more information about this problem or maybe some guides or pointers that could help us?
Hi Community Am working on an architecture design and have been asked to consider the equivalent of AWS Active directory connector in GCP as per the customer requirement.Based on my analysis, I found a few options but wasn’t sure which one will be most appropriate one Federating Google Cloud with Active Director Managed Microsoft AD Google Cloud Directory syncCan any of you throw some more light into this and help with choose which one is the right fit for this need? CheersVM
Hi Community We were assessing a service within GCP that would help replication disk level changes (continuously in a synchronous / near synchronous mode) across zones in a given region. Ideally, we are looking for the absolute replacement of CloudEndure which was earlier available within GCP (now acquired and branded within AWS). Based on the little research I carried out, Actifio Go seems to be reasonable choice for this requirement. Have any of you used this tool for such needs (HA / DR) wherein continuous replication was enabled for anytime failover?Appreciate your thoughts and any other recommendations for this requirement CheersVM
Hi Community Am trying to setup a uptime check for my VM instances that do not have any external IPs associated with them. As per the documentation for Uptime checks, there is a mention it cannot be configured for resources without any external IPs. Is there any workaround for the same to keep these checks with only the internal IP for VMs?Appreciate your timely input and suggestions CheersVM

Hi all, I am a little bit confused and I would like to have your clarification. About dataflow pricingWhen working on dataflow, we have to specify a GCS bucket for temp_location. So is the use of this bucket subject to a google cloud storage pricing?About the Bigquery pricingWhen I do bacth load from dataflow to bigquery, I have to specify a bucket on google cloud storage. Do I also have to pay for the usage of this bucket? And after the load to bigquery, will the data be deleted from this bucket?

Is it better to use dataflow and Cloud Composer or buy a VM on compute engine and run my job through python (apache beam) and install my airflow in that VM?
