Can't use my coupon on google workspace

Hey - I ran into a similar issue and submitted a support ticket. It took a couple of weeks but was eventually able to get to the right person that was able to get the promotional code entered/activated. Just consistently follow up on the ticket and let them know that it isn’t resolved. Do not let them close the ticket - I eventually got a phone call from the support team and they activated the coupon while we were on the call.
