Service for advanced querying and ordering of data

Dear Community,

I'm currently navigating an interesting challenge and would highly appreciate your insights and recommendations.

I have a substantial Firestore collection containing a myriad of documents, for which I aim to establish a paginated interface. Users have the flexibility to apply a broad range of filters (up to 100) to refine their queries. This system functions seamlessly in Firestore, given that all the filters are predicated on equality queries. However, the complexity arises when I wish to sort the queried collection based on a specific field value.

In an ideal scenario, a user could apply, say, 10 filters, then order the resulting data based on a singular field value. Implementing this directly in Firestore implies creating an index for every permutation of applied filters – a rather impractical endeavor.

Is anyone aware of a service that could facilitate this task? A solution that can work in harmony with Firestore, while providing a more scalable approach to sorting and filtering, would be optimal.

Thank you in advance for your valuable suggestions. I look forward to hearing from you all.
