Google Workspace and Native Languages

Google Workspace and particularly Google Meet is literrraly saving our relationships, work and studying in the pandemia. It can be a facilitator too where participants generate new ideas and solutions to varous scenarions in our daily work.Here's a demo how participants from different nationalities can talk in their native languages and still understand each other. This is possible by combining live captions in Google Meet and Translate in Chrome. In this video we are talking in German, French and English. Live captions in Google Meet are currently (March 2021) available in Spanish, French, German and Portuguese on desktop, Android and iOS. https://youtu.be/bTLiQsSWDvsDo you agree that native languages can be viewed as motivation and potential for growth of Cloud solutions?

Google Workspace Easy to Use

Google Workspace is certainly a flexible solution in all industries thus unifyng tech professionals, educators and tech lovers. I find Google Workspace easy to use because one needs to resolve a single challenge, the decision to define and put into action a collaboration. For my OnEBoard project I worked on a couple of issues with Google Support. I learned to not overcomplicate things but ask relevant questions and move one step at a time. Without coding OnEBoard took me 10 months from start to launch with Google Workspace and a dedicated team of collaborators. I'm continuing to explore easy solutions such as having a conversation in native languages while in Meet. using live captions and Translate feature in Chrome. What is your experience with Google Workspace easy implementations?

Workspace is made for remote working - Tech HQ article

I thought this article from Tech HQ really nailed with @ChristianNewman and team was getting at during the Talk last week. Take a look at the Tech HQ article. Some of the features it highlights that demonstrate how the product is focusing on remote work are as follows:Google Assistant where users can now use their voice to ask Google what’s next on their calendar or to quickly join a meeting and send a message. Recurring ‘out-of-office’ events where users will be able to schedule regular, recurring out-of-office blocks. Showing what you can do with Apps Script

I’m a big fan of Google’s Apps Script which enables each and every user to automate tasks, workflows and data handling for the different Google Workspace apps. I regularly publish video tutorials on Apps Script and I always make sure to explain my code. I believe that the users shouldn’t just by copying my code but rather I want them to understand the underlying concepts so that they can start writing code of their own. Different ways of creating groups

Google currently has many ways to create groups and different types of groups.Groups created by admin using Admin SDK or admin.google.com Groups created on groups.google.com Security Group created using Cloud Identity Groups API Dynamic Group created in admin.google.comDepending on how the groups were created and the type of the group, what you can or cannot do as an admin may vary.
