Good reviews are one thing, the amount of people that have reached out afterwards to say that they have gotten a promotion or landed a new job has been really humbling. 

With the end user course, we have sold to a couple of companies that have moved from M365 and they needed to educate their staff that Outlook, Word and Excel are not the be-all and end-all. 

The plan for the next courses, are to expand the GAM course to include Chrome Books and Google Classroom, and a couple of other things that the learners are asking for. 

The one big request from the end user course, is even though the Sheets section is 5 hours long and covers beginner and intermediate, they are looking for advanced Google Sheets training. So that is planned as a separate course, as most “normal” people will never need the kind of training that is planned. 

The Google Cloud Professional Collaboration Engineer certification is great, but we have that planned later in 2022, maybe early 2023.

I’ve recently completed @Paulogier’s course on “GAM and GAMADV-XTD3 for Google Workspace”, and found it incredibly valuable. 

GAM and GAMADV-XTD3 can be somewhat difficult to get started with as a “Newbie”. Although there are a lot of documentation online, I still feel that you are “on your own”. You can of course ask the Google GAM Community which is great and full of experts. However, the answers are often very technical.

However, Paul’s course has summed up everything needed to know about GAM + GAMADV-XTD3 in a very easy, practical and understandable way. To be honest, I wish I took this course much earlier. It would have saved me hours of research, trial and error, and a lot of headaches 

When I started at Tricent, I took Paul’s Udemy course on “Google Workspace for Administrators”, as I needed to speed up the learning curve of the Admin Console. Once again, it was made very easy with lots of practical examples. 

I can therefore personally recommend both courses, and guarantee you’ll be saving yourself from hours of research, trial and error, and a lot of headaches - trust me!

I haven’t been taking the “Google Workspace for end users”, as I have been using GWS for the past 5 years and feel quite proficient. However, you never know, there’s always something new to learn ;)
