However, most of us forget about all our shared files which could expose our business to some serious (and even expensive) consequences - such as:
- non-compliance penalties
- customer poaching by competitors
- increased ransomware attacks
- identity theft
- bad brand reputation
- data corruption
- data breaches

With Tricent, the end-user gets notified when their shared files on My Drive require attention. Now, with the new feature, Shared Drives responsibles will be notified as well.
This new feature was requested by one of customers in the banking industry. However, this can help increase the security and compliance level for all Google Workspace businesses. As a result, we’re hosting a webinar next week to walk you through the setup process.
