why i can not change background in meet

Thanks for providing a screenshot of your problem, that helps a lot. As the error message in your screenshot says, Meet cannot provide visual effects on 32-bit Windows.

If your computer support 64-bit, you can upgrade your Windows to a 64-bit version. If not, you will need a computer with 64-bit architecture and also a 64-bit OS to be able to use background in meet.

I don’t think that is the case but also be sure that you are using Chrome 64-bits.
