Demystifying event filters in Eventarc

Eventarc enables you to read events from Google Cloud sources (via its Audit Logs integration) and custom sources (via its Pub/Sub integration) and then route them to Cloud Run services.The event routing rules are defined with a trigger. How Memorystore cut costs in half for Quizlet’s Memcached workloads

Quizlet is an online learning community and provider of study resources to students and teachers. With over 50 million monthly users.For a more secure and convenient solution to Memcached node scaling, they switched to Google Cloud's Memorystore. The results were:cut costs by half,using only a quarter of their capacity,bigger footprint,reduced Memcached ops time,easier monitoring now,scaling is so much easierbut the most important is that it eliminated a lot of stress for the SRE teamhttps://cloud.google.com/blog/products/databases/memorystore-helps-cut-costs-and-improve-sreFor me, the elimination of stress from the SRE team is the most important result. Fully managed services are a plus.  Platform adaptability. Tools, services, and APIs for data integration/migration and application compatibility are must-haves.  Innovation. A steady pipeline of new, modern, differentiating capabilities.  Demonstrated business value. Customer success is the #1 proof point.
