Need access to Google Workspace

We have recently taken ownership of another entity and unfortunately, do not have admin access to their google space. I am very frustrated as an IT exec that I cannot find someone to help with this situation. We are legal owners of the information kept in google workspace, however there is no method for us to gain access to the information stored here. Can someone please give some insight as to how to get in touch with someone at Google to rectify this situation? Thanks,

No Permission To Access Workspace Exported Data

As an admin on my legacy free edition of workspace I was able to export all users data to cloud storage, but using the same credentials I am unable to access that data. Who does have those permissions???

Migration to New Google Sites

I have been using Google New Sites since it became the default option in August 2020. For the starting OnEBoardSevice it has been a great experience working with the Google New Sites. It made it a fun journey for our work in collaboration. New Google Sites supported our task management as the team was in control how fast to move with the schedule while creating the public facing Site So how to make the most out of new Google Sites? What's on you to-do list with Classic Sites? Google Workspace Website creation in classic Google Sites will no longer be available starting May 15, 2021👉 This is valid for all individual and Google Workspace users.
