Hi Google Admins

I have created Google Business Group and added “All users in the organization”

now we want to create rule or config where some users will not receive messages from this group

for example

“All users in the organization”  Except some users  - user1@domain, user2@domain

how i can I do this?

Would this not help? https://support.google.com/a/answer/10284003

Add all users and then remove some of them?

The instruction does not describe the exclusion of some users from "All users in the organization"

It’s much easier to setup a group of users who you do want to receive email notifications.

Think down the line, every time someone new joins the company you have to think if they need to be excluded and then go exclude them.

Best practice is to set up groups of people who you do want to receive notifications and then as relevant people join on you add them to their relevant groups.

Thank you Joel,

your practice is good when is a small team,

but for hundreds of users need to manage smarter

I already find a way, issue the Resolve, I will write here instruction Later
