We recently were asked to deploy Exclaimer Cloud Signatures to a Google Workspace with multiple domains and have a different signature on each domain, with different logos and designs.

After reaching out to Exclaimer they said it couldn't be done... I am very stubborn and didn't like that answer, so I solved it.

I made a video that might help you if you have the same issue. And I hope it helps someone.

Thanks for tagging me @marissa.piazza

Great video @Paulogier strange that Exclaimer support doesn't understand their own product.

With Patronum creating email signatures for different domains is super easy.

I love how you didn’t give up after getting a “No” as an answer! Thanks for sharing this excellent video tutorial.

@chanelgreco thanks! Having done courses on regex, I knew a lot of things are possible in the Google admin using regex and why not this?

@PaulRLees I haven't done a deep dive on Patronum as yet, but Exclaimer is a very powerful system that works brilliantly on M365 and Google. The customers are very happy with it. Once they were able to do the multiple domains they had everything they wanted and much more.

For those who like to use free and open source tools, I created a guide for setting signatures automatically on new users with GAMADV-XTD3 (a tool all Google Workspace admins should be familiar with).
