The first time I read about Project Aristotle I was so proud because of the name that Google decided to use.

At the Google Project Management Professional Certificate, which was launched the first days of March, at the 4th or 5th course the instructor is pointing out how crucial is psychological safety in a team. And how the PM should create it.
