How do you roll out email signature in Google Workspace

We have recently written a number of articles over on www.patronum.io about email signatures and this got me thinking about the whole thing about email signatures.

 

As a partner we’ve worked with many organisations, and I’d like to think we’ve seen it all. From centrally controlled email signatures, to every one for themselves approaches and everything in between. So I thought it would be worth creating a poll to see what others are doing.

How do you roll out email signature to your users?

I am not very keen on email signatures especially over-worked signatures. I tend to send this blog post I wrote a few years back to business I see wasting too much time worrying about their email signature.

We are using Signature Satori , it’s built in the Czech Republic. It can be really cheap if you push signatures once, but we use the subscription/validating them against titles etc. so that makes us take care of our Directory master data as well.

Very good for campaigns etc.

EU just decided that UK is an approved “third country” so looking into Patronum as well now :)
