We have joint mailboxes for departments (sales, finance, purchase) and moving from Outlook’s shared inboxes, this probably hurt the most.
We are having 50% of the companies using delegated mailboxes (requiring extra licenses) and 50% on HiverHQ (GW+HiverHQ-license, and this is so expensive and bad, that I really want to replace this asap).
So I just wanted to poll people how they handle external/internal collaborative mail, please share any comments on your setup below :)
