Hi @spruce18b,

have you tried these steps?

:point_right:  https://support.google.com/voice/answer/143935?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop

Thank you for the help in selectively removing entries in my call history.

Your suggestion results in the deletion of all the history of Google Voice calls. I receive almost no voice calls in Google Voice, but there are hundreds of outgoing calls of which I wish to remove only the calls to just one person.

I have looked at the Settings menu for deletion options. The only instruction is

  1. Next to “Remove call history,” click Remove.

The result will be the removal of all outgoing calls -- please tell me how to confine the removal of calls made to only tone person.

Thanks

If you click on each avatar to select it then you can delete it. You can select multiple calls or voicemails at once. But I think you must do it for each one individually

Please tell me how to sort the Calls list into alphabetical order. At the moment the names are arranged chronologically.

Thanks
